Its Jaron again! I'm on day 4 again! I do the cleanse every season and its Spring! I try to do it the beginning before every season but was on antibiotics that required me to eat! So I'm doing it for Spring! Once again your posts really help me and thank you for posting! This go around I did a tablespoon of maple syrup every morning with the salt water and it was tolerable! About ten of my friends have done the cleanse but next time they do it I will give them your blog info to read everyday from you! Hope life is treating you kind! I'm sure it is! Today is day 4 for me. Even though you may not be on the master cleanse now, it is helpful to go in day by day and read your post. I have been cold all day, probably the symptoms of the toxins.
