Apple “Think Different” 2011 Ad Remix Video (In Steve Jobs’ Own Words)

Last week, the world lost a visionary who forever shaped the way we enjoy and create all types of media, from music to movies to newspapers and books.

If you haven’t already heard (though I suspect you’d have to be living under a rock to miss it), Steve Jobs died on Wednesday at the age of 56.

In memory of Steve, I’ve created a special version of the popular “Think Different” commercial because he’s just as deserving of honor as the people featured in the original ad. My version is also special because it features unreleased audio, where Steve Jobs himself narrates the ad.

As a bonus at the end of the video, I’ve included an especially powerful quote from his 2005 Stanford Commencement Speech, words that encapsulate why it is so important to cultivate self-knowledge, have faith, and realize that life is delicate and more precious than we often realize.

On Wednesday, the planet lost a visionary who has changed technology history forever. He will be missed, but his memory and legacy will live on. Steve had a positive impact on the planet, the effects of which will be felt for decades.

What about you? Are you doing work that will still be relevant years from now? If not, why not? Remember, everyone gets 24 hours tomorrow.

What will you do with yours?
